I’m Rebecca Sewell, a leadership development consultant and coach, and the founder of META-U Coaching.

With a background as a senior HR leader in multinational technology companies, I have guided C-suite executives and leaders on driving team performance, leading through change, and managing its impact on both individuals and teams. I believe in the power of authentic leadership and in creating workplaces that truly make a difference.

Throughout my career, I’ve lived and worked in multiple countries and experienced five redundancies. These experiences taught me that change is the only constant—and that courage is the key to navigating it. Redesigning my own path inspired me to help others step into leadership and life with confidence, making choices from a place of courage rather than fear.

I founded META-U because I believe in the power of choice, even in the most challenging times. I create a supportive, confidential space where leaders and professionals can build self-awareness, resilience, and intentionality in their careers. I also partner with SMEs, CEOs, and HR leaders to design and deliver leadership development programmes that drive real transformation.

As a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC), I have completed one of the most rigorous coaching qualifications in the industry.

Fluent in English and German, I bring an intercultural perspective to my work, helping leaders thrive in diverse and dynamic environments.
