My name is Rebecca and I founded META-U.

As a senior HR Leader I draw on extensive experience working for multinational  companies in the technology industry, where I guided C-suite level executives and leaders on how to drive greater team performance, lead through change and manage the impact for people at a group and individual level.

During my career I experienced five redundancies and it was this experience that inspired me to support people through career change.

I founded META-U to help people make choices from a place of courage instead of fear. I believe in the power of choice even in the most difficult of times.

With bilingual language skills in English and German, and an extensive intercultural background, I bring a variety of perspectives and experiences to my professional and personal life.

As a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) I completed a program, considered the most rigorous and respected coach training and certification in the industry.

I am a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF).
